Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all meat and fresh food items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty, spoiled on arrival, or not as described. This is in line with UK consumer law and food hygiene regulations.

Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product is faulty or damaged on delivery.

  • The product is not as described.

  • The product arrives spoiled due to delivery issues.

To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • All perishable foods, including meat, dairy, and ready-to-eat items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable digital products

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be offered if only part of an order is faulty or damaged. Refunds will not be provided for products consumed or improperly stored after delivery.

Refund Process

If your refund is approved:

  • We will process the refund using your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Contact us to arrange a replacement. We cannot accept returns of fresh meat for a change of mind.

Gifts

If the order was marked as a gift and the recipient reports a fault, we will provide a replacement or refund to the purchaser.
